Warranty and Return Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Client You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Products ordered to exercise the right of withdrawal , without having to provide any reason.

The Customer will inform Timeless Whisky of his decision to withdraw by sending a clear and explicit declaration via email: _______________.

The Customer must return the Products to Timeless Whisky immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the communication of the decision to withdraw.

The Products:

• They must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must not have been used and/or opened;
• With all labels, caps and any original packaging intact .

The Client:

• The Customer will be responsible for the Products (including any damage or loss) until they arrive at us.
• Return shipping costs and any insurance are the responsibility of the Customer.

If the above conditions are met and once the Products have been received back, Timeless Whisky will refund the Customer the full amount of the order , including the purchase price and transport costs ( excluding any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery type offered).

The total purchase price (including standard shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned Products , provided that all the conditions specified above have been strictly respected . In no case may the refunded amount exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer.

The refund will be made according to the procedures agreed with the bank that issued the card. For this refund, Timeless Whisky will use the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. The Customer will not be charged any costs for this refund, excluding any discount coupons or vouchers used to pay for the order.

The Customer will be responsible for any decrease in value of the Products if such decrease is due to use of the Products other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Returns will only be accepted as described above.
