TheTurriga 1994It is a milestone of Sardinian oenology, produced by the Argiolas Company and the result of a careful blend of native vines such as Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale and Malvasia Nera, representing a perfect balance between tradition, complexity and elegance.
Turriga 1994 enchants with a deep ruby color, a bouquet rich in ripe red fruits, sweet spices and hints of leather and tobacco. On the palate it stands out for its soft tannins, extraordinary structure and an enveloping persistence. Origin and Composition
Turriga is born from a blend of native vines:85% Cannonau,5% Carignano,5% Bovale SardoAnd5% Black MalvasiaThis combination gives the wine a complex structure and a unique aromatic profile. Vinification involves fermentation at a controlled temperature between 28° and 32°C, followed by maceration for approximately 16-18 days using the delestage technique. Aging takes place for18-24 months in new French oak barrels, followed by a further rest in the bottle for12-14 months
